Sleep Walking
What is Sleep Walking, or somnambulism?
Sleep walking, or sleepwalking, is the process of getting up out of bed, or off the couch in some cases, to walk around in one's apartment, or home. Rearranging things, cleaning, dancing, or other such actions often accompany the Sleep Walking itself. While waking up and finding the dishes are done may not necessarily be a bad thing, finding the dog in the dryer might be somewhat unsettling.

Determining what may be causing your sleepwalking can provide insight as to how it can be treated. In some cases, it could be the side effects of a drug you could be taking.

Make an appointment with Dr. Garg so he can help you find out if Sleep Walking is a problem in your life what you can do to combat its effects.
